Terms of Use

LeaseWorth gives you an independent second opinion on a car lease. It is not a dealership, a broker, or a lender, and it does not give financial advice. These terms explain what that means in practice.

Who provides LeaseWorth

LeaseWorth is operated by Andromeda Kinship LLC. These terms cover this website, its calculators, and the LeaseWorth iOS app. By using any of them you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

What LeaseWorth is

LeaseWorth performs arithmetic on figures you supply — typed in, or read from a lease worksheet you photograph or import. It reports the true effective monthly cost, rebuilds the monthly payment from the worksheet's own terms to check it, converts a money factor to an equivalent interest rate, itemizes the cash due at signing, projects mileage overage, and applies a state lease-tax method.

What LeaseWorth is not

  • Not financial advice. Every result is an independent analysis, not an offer, an appraisal, or financial, legal, or tax advice. We are not a licensed financial adviser, broker, dealer, or lender, and nothing here creates an advisory relationship.
  • Not an offer or a quote. No figure LeaseWorth shows is an offer of credit or a price you can hold anyone to. Only the dealership and the leasing company can quote you real terms.
  • Not a substitute for the contract. The lease agreement you sign governs. Where LeaseWorth and the paperwork disagree, the paperwork is what binds you.
  • Not a lead generator. We do not sell, share, or pass your deal to dealerships, brokers, or lenders. There is no referral arrangement behind any number we show you.

Accuracy, and the limits you should rely on

LeaseWorth is built to refuse false certainty, and it says so on screen when it cannot know something. Even so, please treat every output as an estimate to check against the paperwork:

  • Your inputs drive everything. Results are only as accurate as the numbers you confirm. The app deliberately asks you to confirm each figure it reads before it will produce a diagnosis.
  • Reading a document is not perfect. Optical character recognition can misread a worksheet, particularly a photograph of one. Check what was read against the page in front of you.
  • Tax rules are state-level and dated. The lease-tax method for each state is shown with the source it was taken from and the date it was last reviewed. Rules change, local taxes differ from state rates, and your dealership's figure may legitimately differ.
  • Some figures are explicitly estimates. Anything marked with a tilde (~), including mileage overage, is a projection based on assumptions you supplied.

LeaseWorth is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Andromeda Kinship LLC is not liable for any loss arising from your use of LeaseWorth or from a decision you make about a lease. You are responsible for your own financial decisions.

Your privacy

The math and the worksheet reading happen on your own device. The iOS app requires no account and does not upload your worksheet. Full detail, including how advertising works on this website, is in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Acceptable use

Use LeaseWorth for your own lease decisions. Please do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at a scale that degrades it for others, resell its output as your own product, or represent LeaseWorth as the source of a professional appraisal or advice.

The app on the App Store

The LeaseWorth iOS app is distributed through Apple's App Store and is also governed by Apple's own terms. Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support for it.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. The revision date below always reflects the current version, and continuing to use LeaseWorth after a change means you accept the updated terms.
