The app read a number wrong
That is expected often enough that the app is built around it. Every figure LeaseWorth reads off a worksheet is shown to you with what it read and how confident it is, and nothing is diagnosed until you confirm it. Correct any field directly on the confirm screen. If a figure was missed entirely, type it in — the analysis will not run on a number you have not confirmed.
The payment LeaseWorth calculated differs from the dealer's
That is the check working, not a bug. LeaseWorth rebuilds the monthly payment from the worksheet's own selling price, residual, money factor and term. When its figure differs from the quoted one, the worksheet's numbers do not produce the payment printed on it, and the app lists the likely reasons. A lower quote is not automatically good news either — ask what changed.
Why won't it tell me if my rate is marked up?
Because it cannot know without the lender's buy rate for that exact program, and it will not guess. Ask the finance office for the buy-rate money factor and enter it; LeaseWorth will then show what the difference costs. Dealers may receive reasonable compensation for arranging financing — the point is that you can see it.
The tax figure doesn't match my paperwork
LeaseWorth applies the state-level lease-tax method, and shows you which method, the source it was taken from, and the date it was last reviewed. Local and district taxes are not included, rules change, and some dealerships compute tax differently. Treat it as an estimate to question, not a figure to hold anyone to.
Where is my data?
On your phone. The reading and the math both run on the device, there is no account, and your worksheet is never uploaded. Saved deals stay in the app until you delete them. Settings has a control that deletes everything — deals, saved worksheet images, and comparison groups — immediately and permanently. Full detail is in the privacy policy.
Reporting a wrong number
If you believe a calculation is wrong, that is worth an email. Include the figures you entered and what you expected — do not send your actual worksheet, VIN, or personal details; we do not want them and cannot use them. The app's share feature strips personal fields by default if you want to send a redacted summary.
